I'm a researcher, designer, and community builder who believes good questions, creative thinking, and real collaboration can lead to meaningful change for people and the places they call home.

I'm a Carroll County, Virginia native with a deep love for people and place. My journey has taken me from farmers markets to policy conversations, from murals to research methids, and from local projects to regional and national collaborations.

No matter the setting, my work is grounded in the same belief: a more just, connected, and human future it possible when we listen, learn, and design it together.
